It's spectacular. I'm taken aback.

  1. That's... That's... That's just not fair. I think I may have teared up at my own inadequacy looking at this thing.

  6. i am happy people like the bracket. it is more a matter of obsessive madness and insomnia than talent. i hope most people get the "python" gimmick.

and it is a little known fact but red pandas were the core of the Red Army's special forces!

    for Mother Russia!

  7. @go phillies: ok the similarities to the shins video are eerie but while i love the shins i detest mtv and all other music video stations and had never seen it before ... surreal.

  8. Hey man, I had insomnia when I made mine too, but this, this is just on a whole other level than mine.

  9. ah. but it wasn't just insomnia ... you forgot the obsessive madness. i got the idea of a cute cuddly "Red" Panda in a fuzzy Soviet Army cap and it just sort of quickly snowballed from there ... well, slowly and laboriously snowballed but you get my meaning.

that is just how i roll. if a pointless and frivolous endeavor is worth doing it is worth doing with obscene anality while wasting copious amounts of time...

but knowing people have been entertained or amused or impressed makes it all worth while ... that is why i do it, for the fans and of course the red pandas. i'd also like to thank the flying spaghetti monster, without who's gifts, none of this would be possible.

Holy effing crap! My jaw is still on the floor. This breaks ground in such a mind-bending manner; a thrill ride, to say the least.

Srsly, Max...everyone else...I stand with you all, gazing numbly in awe.

On a related note, I have a tip. It's even better if you view it in full screen (F11 for Windows users). Trippy shit.

  15. danke komrade slocumb. i never knew about that F11 thing, that is a nice way to view it so thanks.

also, i would be interested to know what people's favourite(s) match-up imagery/quip is if they feel like sharing ... just curious to see just how demented and off base my sense of humour might be ...

1.) the (monty) "python gimmick" is awesome

2.) I think my favorite is red panda tanking the tiger with the line about skinning a cat. good shit.

  17. yeah. when i did an image search for "python" and the iconic foot came up in amongst all of the snake pics i just couldn't resist going with that theme. and using the black knight getting rended limb from limb by the wolf was just icing in the cake.

    thanks for the feedback.

  19. **blushes**

i am working on a new gem for ZWR fans. not bracket caliber but an interesting bit of faux TMZ paparazzi that might or might not involve Roy, a zoo, and an arctic animal.

@some donkey - weekly linking to this post is a must. if it could somehow be a sticky atop the page or somewhere, that would be even better.

@JB - I can't wait to see what other madness you cook up.
