From the awesomeheads at the Blue Jay Hunter blog comes this piece of, well, I don't really know what to call it. Just watch this.
That's right, sweetie. He's all ours. Joe Carter? Ha! Seriously, I got over that on October 29, 2008. ANCIENT news.
I think she takes some shots at us in there somewhere but frankly this is so creepily adorable that even if she drew a ZWR logo penguin on the ground and went Two-Blue-Jays-Fans, One-Logo on it, I couldn't even be mad at her.
Most importantly though, this begs the question: WTF ZWR READERS WHERE IS THE ZOO WITH ROY ACOUSTIC MEDLEY? I'M WAITING. ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO LET CANADA OUT YOUTUBE-YOU LIKE THIS? NO, NO, IT'S FINE. I'LL JUST BE HERE. WAITING. TAKE YOUR TIME.

Wow, she'll be even more sad to find out he didn't have any no-hitters in Toronto.
ReplyDeleteI think I love her.
ReplyDeleteThere is actually one no-hitter in Jays history, but it was thrown on the road in Cleveland in 1990 by Dave Stieb. He had a lot of practice getting close to throwing no-no's, so it was only fitting that Stieb finally got one - too bad it wasn't at the Skydome!
ReplyDeleteomg wait isn't property virgins on tonight?
ReplyDeletegirl nailed it. Also, she points out Roy's BA is higher than Overbay's. That's hardcore enough for me.

ReplyDeleteYeah... that.
